ANNETTE MARIE (LANGLOIS) PELLERIN ESSEX- Annette Marie (Langlois) Pellerin, 81, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2014 with her husband at her side. Annette was born in Enosburg Falls on August 24, 1933 to the late George and Yvonne (Oisel) Langlois. Annette grew up in Morrisville and graduated from People’s Academy in 1951. She met her husband, Norman, in Burlington and they were married on July 26, 1958. Annette worked for the Vermont Department of Employment Security for 38 years in both the job search and claims divisions where she became manager of the Burlington office and later a regional manager for the western region of the state. She retired in 1990. After retirement Annette and Norman enjoyed spending their winters in Northport, Florida for 16 years. Annette was an avid gardener and enjoyed tending a large vegetable garden and her many perennial gardens at their home in Underhill. She was a strong woman and a hard worker with a kind and generous heart who always put others first. She loved her family and enjoyed cooking large delicious meals for them on holidays and special occasions. She was the heart of the home. We will all miss her. Annette is survived by her husband, Norman, her two daughters, Marie Keefe and husband, David, of Fairfax, and Lori Lembesis and husband, Nick, of Burlington and her son, Peter and wife, Rebecca, of Denver, Colorado, five grandchildren, Brenna, Sean and Devin Keefe, Joshua Bass and Zephyr Pellerin and one great-grandchild, Bradly Ovitt. She is also survived by three sisters, Angie Vanasse, Terese Cody and Mary Beub, one brother, Paul Langlois and two sisters-in-law, Grace Langlois and Bibienne Langlois. She was recently predeceased by her son, Tim, of Durango, Colorado. She was predeceased by three sisters, Georgette Langlois, Jane Lefevre and Cecile Turner and three brothers, Raymond, Thomas and George Langlois. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 from 5 to 7pm at the Faith Funeral Home, 165 Brooklyn Street in Morrisville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 11:00am at the Holy Cross Church in Morrisville, Vermont.
